For Therapists
I have loved being a therapist for over ten years. I offer clinical consultation and supervision centered around practicing therapy in a rooted, embodied, and hopeful way. I help therapists find their footing within a loving container.
My dearest wish is for all therapists to practice in a way that feels nurturing, loving, and soul-enriching.
I am well-versed in a variety of modalities, including in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and am Level 2 trained by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute.
I have advanced training in clinical sexology, complex medical conditions, and neurodivergence, including in autism and ADHD. My past career as an educator, primarily in public education, also deeply informs my approach.
At my core, I am an integrative therapist. I help therapists fluidly weave together approaches and flow like water. And I believe that no singular therapeutic approach can surpass the most important tool we have at our disposal - our heart-centered Self.
Easeful and Loving Caring of the Soul
“As the soft yield of water cleaves obstinate stone, so to yield with life solves the insoluble. To yield, I have learned, is to come back again.”
I offer a space for therapists to deepen into an integrative way of being in session, blending what feels resonant clinically with their personal gifts.
The ancient Romans believed that genius was a tutelary spirit that accompanied a person from birth to death. I work deeply with therapists to own their innate genius.
It pains me when I hear therapists talk about imposter syndrome and burnout as if they are foregone conclusions. I support therapists in showing up with humble confidence as they re-root to a greater cosmology of belonging, one anchored in a secure(ish) connection to time, space, ancestors, and the collective body.
I have a deep and abiding interest in depth psychology, nature, Daoism, and the mythopoetic. I consider nature to be my greatest teacher.
My ethos as a consultant and supervisor includes depth, rootedness, play, and deep knowing.
